For those planning a smaller gathering, an intimate wedding generally includes up to 50 guests, allowing for a day shared deeply and purposefully with those closest to you. Micro weddings tend to have fewer than 20 guests, while elopements often focus solely on you and your partner. These more intimate celebrations create space for slowing down, savoring the little moments, and living your day with intention.

No matter the size of your wedding, the value of the day lies in its personal and profound meaning. Upon your inquiry, I will contact you to set up a time for our first introduction! This will be just a brief call to introduce ourselves, and to ensure that I am a good fit for you. I will review my process and package options with you, and I will get to know your vision.

01 / Introduction

Following our call, I will create a personalized proposal and contract for you for your date. Once contract and deposit are received, your date has been saved and we can start planning!

02 / Booking

Leading up to your date we'll chat about any questions you have, we'll send inspiration to each other to ensure we bring your vision to life. For wedding clients you'll receive a timeline questionnaire and we'll spend time reviewing day-of expectations!

03 / Staying in touch

Whether you're having a session or planning your wedding, I'll be with you every step of the way making sure I'm capturing your love in the way that's the most unique and special to you! 

04 / The big day

I am happy to walk you through the packages to determine the package that best suits your needs. If you are planning on having a first look, I would recommend starting with 8-10 hours. If you plan to have a more intimate wedding, an hourly package might be best for you. No matter what your wedding day entails, we can customize a package to make it truly unique to you.

This is completely understandable. My packages are based built on most common requests, however, if you would like to alter your options (ex: replace Welcome Dinner with a Bridal Shoot), let’s discuss and I will put together a custom proposal for you. 

I may use your photos for business purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials and publications, website, etc. If you for any reason prefer not to have your photos shared, please notify me. I will be more than happy to respect your privacy. 

While I do not offer planning services at this time, I am happy to make these recommendations based on my personal experiences of them and knowledge of their work. I will also be reviewing your wedding details and building a timeline with you, especially in the last month or so leading up to it. 

While this is certainly not required, I do highly recommend ordering your prints and album professionally. Part of my process once your images are complete is to have a photo viewing together where we can select photos for your album so that I may professionally curate your album for you. I absolutely love this part of the process so we can relive the most special moments of your day! 

I will send you a customized proposal following our introductory call with your personal package details. Once that is approved, I will send over your contract, booking & invoice. A deposit & signed contract is required in order finalize your booking.

Lodging, airfare and/or mileage and other travel expenses calculated separately. A custom proposal will be tailored to your vision


  • Includes up to 4 hours for ceremony, celebration, bridal and family portraits at the location, and travel time. All packages are customized to your day.

  • Additional time may be added and customized to you!

  • Ceremony & celebration are calculated at the rate of $700/hr. Starting rate is based on 1.5 hours and includes bridal and family photos.
