K & J’s wedding at Scotland Run Golf Club was a beautiful celebration filled with emotional moments, personal touches, and a whole lot of love. As a wedding photographer who loves love, it’s always a joy to capture the unique story of each couple, and this NJ wedding was no exception. Getting Ready at The Inn on Holly

The day began with the bride surrounded by her closest family members at The Inn on Holly, a charming bed and breakfast that set the tone for a warm and intimate celebration. With intricate details and a cozy atmosphere, it was the perfect place for the bride’s preparations. Meanwhile, the groom got ready with their sons and his best friends. The groom and the bride’s father and stepfather opened presents from the bride in an emotional moment, setting the stage for a day filled with heartfelt gestures.

A Series of Touching First Looks

One of the most special aspects of their wedding day was the series of first looks they shared with their family. From the bride’s father seeing her for the first time to the entire family gathering on the patio overlooking the golf course, each moment was filled with anticipation and awe.

The most awaited first look was, of course, between the bride and groom. With their sons by their side and their loved ones cheering from the balcony above, their first moment together was truly unforgettable. As the mother of the bride put it, it felt like the entire family was getting married.

A Ceremony & Reception Filled with Love and Personal Touches

The ceremony was a beautiful expression of their love and the importance of family. Officiated by a long-time friend of the groom, the ceremony was filled with many personal touches. The bride’s father and stepfather walked her down the aisle, and all four siblings delivered heartfelt speeches. A special candle-lighting ceremony involving the bride’s mom and one of their sons added to the meaningfulness of the moment. After exchanging their vows, the newlyweds took a moment to themselves before joining their guests for a lively reception.

From the couple’s grand entrance with their sons to the surprise appearance of the Philadelphia Mummers that had the dance floor buzzing with energy, the reception was a true celebration of their love and the joining of their families.
