I recently captured the sweetest engagement photos at the Delaware Art Museum with Genevieve and Will. Their love for each other was so evident throughout our session. What made this couple special was Genevieve’s thoughtfulness – while engagement photos typically focus on the bride-to-be, she wanted Will to share the spotlight equally, making sure he felt just as celebrated and happy with the experience.
Cinematic & Classy Engagement Photos
For this session, we wanted a sophisticated and moody vibe. The art museum was perfect – it tied in dark academia with modern elements. They wanted an upscale artistic look, which we absolutely nailed. Their outfits were perfect choices – Genevieve in a white off-shoulder dress and Will in a classic suit. For the outdoor portion, she added this stunning faux fur shawl.
There was this one particular room in the art gallery that really set the stage. The walls were mauve tone with classic paintings in varied gold vintage frames. It was absolutely stunning. I loved the photos in this room, especially the overhead ones I got with them spinning around. Moments like these portray life like it’s just the two of them in the whole world.
