There’s always something extra special about a couple having an intimate wedding, especially on a special date. I had the privilege of documenting Nick and Nicole’s beautifully elegant and classy yet understated celebration at Spuntino Wine Bar in Clifton, New Jersey. This small wedding ceremony took place on their 4-year dating anniversary, surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Nick and Nicole’s decision to have a small intimate wedding allowed them to focus on what truly mattered – their love for each other and the ones they love most. With just 30 guests in attendance, the atmosphere was warm, personal, and filled with laughter and genuine connection.
The couple chose Spuntino Wine Bar to host their special day. The candlelit ambiance created a romantic glow that enhanced the intimate feel of the evening. As a documentary-style wedding photographer, I found countless opportunities to capture authentic moments in this charming setting.

I even managed to capture a tear running down the bride’s face during the ceremony. It is details like this that make me love what I do.
